Don't Tell Ben

He will find out eventually, but much to Ben's dismay, I have decided to enter the 21st century and sign up for Facebook. I did that about an hour ago, and I am still totally confused and overwhelmed by the virtual chaos. I have no idea what I am looking at- there are like millions of photos of people who might be my friends, random comments on friends of friends showing on the main page- all sorts of crazy things. I am really feeling like a stay-at-home mom right now (i.e, totally technically illeterate- not that stay-at-home moms always are, but I definitely am at this point)...

Moral of the story? If you want to be my "friend" you will have to contact me, because I have no clue how to contact you! Also, I am still trying to figure out how to put in my maiden name, so you will have to look me up with my married name (it wouldn't let me use High Marriott as my last name- it may have thought I was a drug user who was making fun of getting "High"- I don't know...). Someday I might get it worked out...

  1. So...uhh...your husband isn't your biggest blog fan like mine is? Jason is an obsessive blog reader. :)

  2. He MIGHT see this in a few minutes because he is helping me post my next blog- but that is the only reason...(he says he reads my blog regularly, but when I ask him what is on it, he gives me a very confused look)

  3. He sounds totally like Nathan is (in regards to reading the blog)! That is too funny.

  4. Interesting. Jason really takes a great interest in the blog, even though he rarely writes on it - I could never hide anything there. ;)

  5. You figured out how to add me though, so that's good! I don't use Facebook too much, and don't know how to look up and add people either. Damien hasn't been too against Facebook, but if I were to get a MySpace page I think he'd be upset.
